The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow on May 5 arrested the author of the project "Architectural Excesses" Pavel Gnilorybov for 15 days under the article on "disobedience to the police," reported the channel "Caution, news" with reference to the court's database.
The reason for drawing up the administrative protocol might have been that on the day of the parade rehearsal in Moscow, Gnilorybov passed through police cordons to the "National" hotel, where he had a room booked. This version was told by the former candidate in the Moscow City Duma elections Roman Yuneman. He also reported that Gnilorybov was sent to a special detention center in Sakharovo.
Pavel Gnilorybov is a historian, publicist, and author of the project "Architectural Excesses," dedicated to the architecture and history of Moscow, and a research associate at the Museum of Moscow. Previously, his events were canceled due to complaints from z-activists.
