The court arrested a 15-year-old resident of the Krasnodar region in a case of arson of equipment on the railway, the Investigative Committee reported. A case was initiated against him under the article on committing a terrorist act, which can be applied from the age of 14.
According to the investigation, in August 2025, a representative of Ukrainian special services contacted the 15-year-old teenager via the Telegram messenger and offered a reward for setting fire to "transport infrastructure facilities on the sections of the North Caucasus Railway stations".
In August 2025, the teenager completed the task in the center of Krasnodar, on the tracks near the main railway station and the Kuban stadium.
The court placed the accused in custody.
