Of these, 28 cases were initiated for disruption of state defense orders, 2 — for fraud on a particularly large scale, 13 — for receiving a bribe.
From January to August 2025, at least nine cases were filed under the article on «abuse of authority in the execution of state defense orders while serving in commercial and other organizations» and 18 cases of «abuse of authority in the execution of state defense orders», but considered as a crime against state authority.
Throughout 2024, 34 criminal cases were submitted to the courts, in 2023 — 36, in 2022 — 32. In the last three pre-war years, the number of cases related to state defense orders submitted to the courts did not exceed 23 per year.
The verdicts and details of most criminal cases are unknown, as they are held in a closed regime due to the fact that the cases contain documents marked as state secrets.
