In the Moscow region, a 24-year-old young man suspected of blowing up a war participant's car from Naro-Fominsk was detained, the FSB press service reported. In the press release, he was called a «Ukrainian intelligence agent».
According to law enforcement, the young man, «using instructions received from Ukrainian intelligence», made two homemade explosive devices. He hid one in a cache in Moscow, and used the other to blow up a serviceman's car in Naro-Fominsk, who is at war in Ukraine. It refers to the explosion of a dark blue Subaru in Naro-Fominsk on Profsoyuznaya Street early in the morning of September 16, around four o'clock in the morning. No one was injured then, and nearby parked cars were damaged. In the published video, the young man repeats the accusation's narrative and states that he received 160 thousand rubles on a card for this.
In addition, according to the FSB, on the curator's assignment, the resident of the Moscow region was collecting information about one of the defense enterprises in the Altai Territory.
The young man was sent to a pre-trial detention center on charges of terrorism, while it is reported that «operational-search measures and investigative actions» are being conducted against him under two more articles of the Criminal Code — treason and illegal manufacture of explosives.
